1. What exactly is included in the bridal package?
Each package includes our signature bridal consultation (valued at GHC 999) and a curated selection of bridal accessories such as the Hinkro Flip Box, Electronic Handheld Fan, Bridal Gown Bag, and Laundry Service, depending on the tier selected. The Kente fabric itself is priced separately after consultation.
2. Is the Kente fabric included in the package price?
No. The Kente fabric cost is not fixed and is determined after your consultation, based on your chosen design, color combinations, length, and complexity. This ensures a fully custom product that reflects your vision.
3. What happens during the bridal consultation?
The bridal consultation is a guided experience where we discuss your theme, preferences, wedding details, color palette, and silhouette. We then develop a weaving plan that’s both personal and aligned with your cultural expression. This service is valued at GHC 999 and is included in all packages.
4. Can I buy the accessories separately?
Yes, all accessories are available individually at their full retail prices. However, purchasing a package gives you access to discounted bundle pricing, saving you up to 20% depending on the tier.
5. When do I pay for the Kente fabric?
You pay for your Kente after the consultation is complete and we finalize your weaving plan. At that point, a formal quote will be provided based on the agreed design.
6. Can I upgrade from one package to another later?
Yes. You can upgrade your package tier before weaving begins. The difference in price will be applied based on the discount structure of the higher tier.
7. How long does the whole process take?
The standard lead time for our bridal process is up to 3 months, from consultation to final delivery. All packages follow the same standard timeline. Express services may be available upon request at an additional fee.
8. Is there an option for express delivery or last-minute orders?
Yes. We offer expedited services on a case-by-case basis. Rush orders will incur additional fees depending on the time constraints and complexity of the request.
9. What makes the Legacy Package different from the rest?
The Legacy Package includes every premium accessory, a priority-level experience, and the highest discount (20%). It’s ideal for brides who want everything handled from start to finish with luxury-level detail and care.
10. Can I choose my own accessories within a package?
Each package comes with pre-selected accessories based on our most requested combinations. However, if you’d like to make adjustments, we can customize your package during the consultation.
